Payment Requirements

Standard Services

  • •Full payment is required at the time of booking.
  • •Appointment is not secured until payment is received.

90-Day Crown Restoration Program

  • •Phase 1 requires a $700 deposit upfront.
  • •Phase 1 remaining balance of $700 is due after Session 2.
  • •Phase 2 costs $750 and is billed at the start of Phase 2.
  • •Phase 3 costs $550–$700/month based on treatment intensity.
  • •Waivers and consultation forms are sent after deposit is received.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Services

  • •Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before appointment.
  • •Cancellations less than 24 hours before appointment are non-refundable.
  • •No-shows are non-refundable.

90-Day Crown Restoration Program

  • •$700 deposit is fully refundable if cancelled at least 48 hours before first session.
  • •Deposits cancelled less than 48 hours before first session are non-refundable.
  • •Phase 2 and Phase 3 payments are non-refundable once treatment has begun.
  • •Program pauses may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
